The HR officers expect to spend more money to online recruitment in 2007, this according to over a quarter of the questioned HR officers. One third states that they already have risen the budget for online recruitment. It shows a trend that the importance of online recruitment will increase. One of the large benefits for this form of recruitment is that results are very measurable.
