Solvay is the third attractive company. This progression is probably thanks to the partly transformation of a chemical company to a company that is also active on the pharmaceutical market.
The pharmaceutical sector is the most attractive for employees, however not that attractive as last year. Janssen is still the number one company, but got a lower score than last year. Three pharmaceutical companies who were last year in the top ten got this year a score that gives them a position below the top 20.
The research shows that the attractiveness of a company is determined by different factors. The most important factor is payment, followed by job security and financial health of a company. After that work atmosphere, job description, balance between work and private life and future perspectives are important factors.
