The biotech company Oncomethylome expands its laboratory in Amsterdam. Because the research in colon cancer is getting more intensive, the Belgium company will employ 10 extra researchers. This according to Oncomethylome last Wednesday.
Oncomethylome develops tests that can predict the success rate of a therapy at a specific patient. The company has hired about 1,000 m2 laboratory space at the Medical Centre in Amsterdam (AMC).
Oncomethylome has offices in Durham in USA, Luik in Belgium and Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Counting also the new recruited employee, the organisation employs 60 researchers of which 13 in Amsterdam.
