The rivalry between male and female managers has been put to an end: woman have the same good leadership qualities as man do.

This according to Rudi Plettinx, director of the Centre for Creative Leadership, after a study among 30,000 managers in America and Europe. “There are small differences between the leadership style of man and woman,” says Plettinx. According to the study woman reward there employees for their achievements a little more than their male colleagues do and sometimes are more a transformational leader.

With this it is proven that woman posses the same leadership qualities as man do. It is not proven dat they have more qualities. Man who have the same positive qualities are just as good in their job. “Because career woman have cached up the last couple of years, they could fully developed themselves. This way there surrounding could see that they have more to offer then originally though and thus it seems that they are better leaders,” explains Plettinx. “Many people find it also politically correct to name females better managers.”
