Akzo Nobel will definitely bring part of its Pharma branch Organon Biosciences to the stock market of Amsterdam. The announced plans of the chemical and Pharma concern will take place early this year, according to Akzo Nobel last Thursday.

Last year Akzo Nobel announced her plans to emancipate the Pharma division and focus completely to paints and chemicals. Their first choise was a phased stock introduction of Organon. In the past weeks several parties expressed their desire to buy Organon. Last week Akzo Nobel decided to turn down their offers and proceeded with their stock market plans.
