Last year human resources have placed 42% more job ads then in 2005. In the second half of 2006 the largest growth was measured by Nielsen Media Research. The growth in this period was 47%. In the first half of 2006 the growth in job postings was 38%.

Career websites are the most used medium. With a grow of 44% in 2006, over 1.000.000 job ads have been placed last year at these websites. In news papers 71.000 advertisements were placed, advertising in total 163.000 job openings (a grow of 28%). Journals published nearly 41.000 job ads offering 86.000 job openings (an increase of 57%).

Most job openings were for administration, ICT, sales and finance positions in the last year. These ads were most placed by the ICT branch, Health Care, local government, education and companies who offer services to businesses.
